1. What NduCare is
NduCare is software provided by NDUNDECODE for healthcare practices and billing companies. It helps you manage patients, episodes of care, claims, partners, and operational reports. It does not replace clinical judgement, medical-aid contracts, or regulatory filings required of your organisation.
2. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of patient, clinical, and billing data entered into the platform, and for obtaining any patient or organisation consents required by law (including POPIA where applicable). You must keep login credentials secure and use role-appropriate access for your staff.
3. Support access
Platform support access is optional and intended for diagnosis. Support mode is read-only in the product UI unless separate break-glass procedures are agreed in writing.
4. Privacy & data
NDUNDECODE processes personal and health-related information as a service provider to your organisation. You are the responsible party for deciding what data is entered and how long it must be retained under your clinical and legal duties. Do not upload content you are not authorised to process.
5. Commercial terms
Subscription fees, service levels, and data processing details are confirmed in your commercial agreement with NDUNDECODE. Contact hello@ndundecode.co.za for the current contract pack.
6. Acceptance
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or continuing to use NduCare, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and that your organisation agrees to use the platform under them and any signed commercial agreement.
